What I do

I have spent my career in marketing, with over 13 years in online marketing consulting for primarily luxury hotels and resorts, from guiding/ managing website builds + usability testing, email marketing programs, social media consulting, and photo and video shoots, to SEO, SEM, display advertising, and revenue + data analysis. Over the course of my career, I have worked with some of the leading luxury hotels and resorts in the US during my tenure with Sabre Hospitality and then HILTON. I’ve won awards such as the HILTON Circle of Excellence Award, for great work done in the NYC region, and I’ve led team members, in a positive way, to their own success.

How I do it

The fact that I’ve spent years watching online marketing trends start and end, and start anew, has allowed me to have a great understanding of what’s worth doing, and what’s not in the hotel marketing space. I base projects in data. I track campaigns. I analyze results to understand if something is working or if we should change our strategy. I offer quarterly planning and custom-tailored solutions for my clients, based on their specific needs and goals. I understand when customers are buying. I understand need periods, shifts, and what can and cannot be done in a pinch. I can help drive revenue and conversion for any hotel. Where I live & What I’m about

Originally from Virginia, I’ve called Charleston, South Carolina, home for over 7 years. I am a person that loves the rich history here. I’m a foodie and wine lover that would love to dine out every night of the week. I’m a triathlete. I’m a mother of twins. I’m a wife to the funniest guy on earth. I believe in community, in helping my neighbors and friends, and in taking care of people. I believe in giving back, whether it’s time or money (or both). My values are a part of me and a strong part of how I do business. Doing the right thing, being loyal, and treating people with respect is how I run my business.
